Wadeem Plots at Hudayriyat is an off-plan freehold villa-plot community by Modon Properties on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi, with plots launched from AED 3.2 million and handover scheduled for Q4 2028. The gated community includes a 16-hectare central park, six neighbourhood parks with pools and playgrounds, three clubhouses, a 4.9 km walking and cycling loop and a 10.7 km green buffer park.
